The OSA Annual Meeting, March 8th

Our 47th Annual Meeting will be held Saturday March 8, 2025 at American Legion Post #18 in Lockport IL. Read more for links to buy event tickets, vote, and buy raffle tickets.

We have listened to many members and we have decided to try a new venue and a more casual approach. The meeting will be held at the American Legion Hall in Lockport, IL. This is in an effort to keep the cost of attending affordable for all members young and seasoned! We will have a catered meal. Soda, beer and wine are included in ticket price of $40 per attendee. Mixed drinks are not included, and will have to be purchased separately.

$40 per person
You must purchase tickets online or by mail, no later than Saturday, March 1st. You must have a ticket to attend. There will be no walk-ins allowed!

Board Elections:
The OSA is managed by the nine members of the Board of Directors, elected by the membership. Each term is staggered, and three positions must be elected each year. Each OSA member that is currently registered can vote for up to three candidates on one ballot. Voting will take place online and at the annual meeting. Election results will be announced during the annual meeting. It is highly encouraged to vote early online!

All (21 and over) are welcome to attend. We are currently looking for raffle prize donations as well as people willing to sponsor gift baskets.
